Description
Corners, upstands, pipes and awkward junctions are where flat roofs actually fail — flat membrane won't stretch around a three-dimensional detail, and forcing it leaves folds and stress points that open up over time. Uncured flashing tape solves the problem properly: because the rubber hasn't yet vulcanised, it stretches and moulds around complex shapes, then cures in place on the roof into a permanent, watertight detail that behaves exactly like the membrane around it.
This self-adhesive uncured EPDM flashing is the professional's choice for finishing the details a standard membrane can't reach. Cut what you need, peel the backing, form it around the detail and roller it firm — no heat, no flame, no specialist tools.

Installation & ordering
Apply to a clean membrane surface prepared with EPDM primer, position while the backing is being removed, then consolidate firmly with a hand roller, working from the centre outwards. Order the number of metres you need in your chosen width — supplied as one continuous length per order line. Pair it with our EPDM primer and a penny roller for a correct, lasting bond.
