Frequently asked questions
Which bracket do I need? Fascia brackets screw to a vertical fascia board — the most common fixing. Side and top rafter brackets fix directly to the rafters where there's no fascia, common on older or agricultural buildings.
How many brackets? Space brackets at roughly 500–800mm centres, with one close to each joint, angle and outlet.
What do I need for a straight run? Gutter lengths to cover the run, one jointer per join, a stop end for each closed end, one outlet per downpipe, and brackets at the spacing above.
Will it match modern uPVC downpipes? The 63mm outlet suits standard 63mm round downpipe; the 76mm outlet suits larger 76mm systems.
